Track Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel's journey in real time.

Can't find your tracking email? Check your spam/junk folder first. If it's not there, email support@petelite.co.uk with your order number and we'll resend it.

My tracking hasn't updated in a few days — is that normal? Occasionally tracking information takes a little longer to refresh, especially over weekends. If there's been no update for more than 5 business days, contact us and we'll investigate right away.
