Petelite Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Petelite website (petelite.co.uk), operated by VAVEM LLC. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Orders and Pricing All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders affected by such errors, with a full refund offered.

2. Payment Payment is required in full at the time of order. We accept major debit/credit cards and other payment methods shown at checkout.

3. Delivery See our Shipping Policy for estimated delivery times. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

4. Returns and Cancellations See our Returns & Refund Policy. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason; we extend this to 30 days as a goodwill policy.

5. Product Information We make reasonable efforts to display product details, images, and descriptions accurately, but slight variations may occur.

6. Limitation of Liability To the extent permitted by law, PetElite/VAVEM LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our products or website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

7. Intellectual Property All content on this site (logos, text, images) is owned by or licensed to PetElite and may not be used without permission.

8. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
